Trial Period
ActivSim offers a 7-day trial with card details required at signup. During the trial, you have full access to all features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
First Paid Charge
If your trial converts to a paid subscription, the first paid charge is refundable within 7 days of being billed. To request a refund, contact us at support@activsim.dev with the email address associated with your subscription.
Subsequent Charges
Refunds for subsequent billing periods are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to cancel your subscription before the next renewal if you no longer wish to use ActivSim.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle billing portal, accessible from within the ActivSim app or via the billing management link in your Paddle receipt emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
