How does the trial work?
The trial gives you full access to all features for 7 days. A card is required at signup through Paddle. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan.
How is billing handled?
All billing is handled through Paddle, a trusted merchant of record. Paddle manages payments, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf.
Can I use ActivSim on multiple devices?
Yes. Each subscription supports up to 2 active devices. You can deactivate a device from within the app to free up a slot.
What is your refund policy?
